Reviews the basic concepts of school finance and, operational management at the state and district, levels, and explores how to apply them when, leading a school. Students acquire skills to lead, and collaborate with others in the efficient and, equitable allocation of resources--human, fiscal,, and technological--to achieve equity and social, justice, as well as academic success for diverse, learners.
