This course offers an integrated application of
developmental theory relevant to working with
children and adolescents in family therapy.
Emphasis is on developmentally and contextually
appropriate intervention that addresses child and
adolescent behavior, attachment, and other
presenting issues such as child abuse, with
attention to the impact of larger systems of
power and privilege.
