This course is meant to be interactive, and fulfill the basic professional responsibility, requirement, while also exploring practical, solutions to ethical issues facing in-house, law, firm, government agency, and solo practitioners., The practice of law is ever-changing, with virtual, legal services, licensed paraprofessionals, and, artificial intelligence. In this course, students, will work through challenging scenarios, which, illustrate ethical problems in the real world,, giving them the practical experience they need to, identify and solve ethical problems they will face, in their future practice area. By the end of this, course, students will gain a deep insight into, their ethical obligations as attorneys., Additionally, the course will cover the history,, goals, structure, and values of the ABA Model, Rules of Professional Conduct. Additionally, this, course will aim to provide students with a survey, of the basics of law practice, including, understanding how to bill clients, create an, engagement letter, and deal with real-world, conflicts.
