Faculty Access

Curricular courses are loaded into Moodle approximately three weeks prior to the start of the term. New Moodle courses are not viewable by students by default.  You will need to make your course visible to students before they can see your course.  Click on Edit Settings under Course Administration and select 'Yes' for Visibility.

Once loaded, courses you are assigned to teach in WebAdvisor will appear on your My Home page and on the My Courses list in the Navigation block.  Changes in class assignments will not automatically appear in Moodle. If you don't see your course, contact your Educational Technology liaison or call the Service Desk (503-768-7225).

If you can't access your course or would like assistance copying material from a prior term, fill out our course request form.  If you were assigned to a course close to the start of term and don't see it in Moodle, contact the IT Service Desk or fill out the course request form and we can update Moodle.

Prior term courses will be deactivated and moved to the archives a few weeks prior to the start of the new term.
