Moodle 4.5 Update for 2025-26

Moodle will be updated from 4.3 to 4.5 on August 12th for the 2025-26 academic year. We will display this block notice on course pages until August 15th.

This update brings a few feature updates and new icons for a cleaner, more accessible and user-friendly experience—no big learning curve required.

If something does not work as expected or you have questions post-update, please email the Service Desk, at itservice@lclark.edu. For urgent assistance, call the Service Desk at 503-768-7225 to reach an Educational Technologist.

As you access your pages, we encourage you to step through the user tours to get familiar with upgraded features. We hope these improvements enhance everyday interactions and ease of use with Moodle.
